Our 2010 national campaign, ‘Our Risk, Your Reward’ simply highlights Team IP’s desire to help organizations maximize their full potential. Team IP provides a risk free opportunity for tournament directors and state offices to make a profit without making any investment. The Amateur Softball Association (ASA) recently sponsored a summer tour of the USA National Women's Fastpitch Team. This two night special event took place in Canton and Ashland, Ohio on June 16-17. The USA National Women's team competed in two doubleheaders against the USA National Women's Futures Team. The Futures team has players from 13 different Division 1 college teams. The USA National Women's Fastpitch Team will be competing in Venezuela later this month and then both teams will travel to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in July to play in the 2010 World Cup along with Canada and Japan. This was an exciting event for fans of fastpitch softball. Team IP provided several new USA Softball tshirts for the event.

Team IP announced this week its initial agreement with ESPN Rise which has committed to own and operate a national softball club championship August 9-14, 2010. The tournament will be held in Southern California in three locations: Huntington Beach Sports Complex (Huntington Beach, Calif.), Mile Square Park (Fountain Valley, Calif.), and Bill Barber Park (Irvine, Calif.) which will host 120 teams and approximately 3,000 athletes from ages 14-18. ESPN Rise is owned by Walt Disney World and focuses to inform, inspire, and connect high school athletes.

Team IP is thrilled to announce a new three year partnership with USA Judo along with host Miami, FL.  The Judo World Cup will see thousands of international athletes participate from as many as 40 countries.  The 2010 World Cup will be held on August 26-29 at the Doral Country Club in Miami.  The World Cup competition is August 26-27; the US Open on August 28; and the North American and the Central American Championships on August 29. 

USA Judo, in cooperation with the Panamerican Judo Confederation, will be hosting these three international events that will include a World Cup that will be held Aug. 27-28.  The World Cup, a USA Judo Senior A-Level Point Tournament, will be the first qualifying event for the 2012 Olympic Games to be held in North America.
The World Cup will be followed by the U.S. Open on Aug. 29 and the Central / North American Championships, a qualifying event for the 2011 Pan American Games, on Aug. 30. 

All three events will be held at the convention center on the grounds of the resort, a Marriott property that will serve as the headquarters hotel for the events.  The events will be held in the heart of the Doral Country Club and Spa - home of the PGA Tour Championships.  The Doral Country Club boasts four world-class, golf courses, including the famous "TPC Blue Monster at Doral."

Panama City Beach - United States Fastpitch Association (USFA) and Team IP signed an agreement this week for the 8 and under to 18 and under World Series Events that USFA annually hosts hundreds of teams each summer as many as 600 in years past in Panama City Beach, Florida over two major weeks in July.  Last year teams were registered from over 16 states and Canada to include Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana.  

Southwest Airlines recently announced commercial flights to Panama City Airport starting in 2010 which is expected to explode the growth of USFA and its future world series with the direct  flights from major Southwest cities.  USFA which is already regarded as the fastest growing fastpitch organization in the country is expected to explode with the winning combination of Southwest, Panama City Beach, and girls fastpitch softball.

United States Fastpitch Association (USFA) was founded in 1998 and is now the fastest growing fastpitch organization in the country.  USFA has sanctioned thousands of teams from all over the United States and Canada.  The USFA World Series also continues to grow each year and annually hosts over 400 teams.
